Andi AI, Inc. ("Andi," "we," "our," or "us") provides a family coordination platform powered by artificial intelligence. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our website (andi.ai), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Notice.

When you create an account, set up your family profile, or otherwise interact with our Services, you may provide:

Family profile information: family members' names, display names, nicknames, and profile photos.
Children's information: birth dates, ages, school information, grade levels, allergies, dietary restrictions, medical notes, and emergency contacts.
Calendar and event data: event titles, descriptions, locations, schedules, and attendee information.
Task and goal information: task descriptions, assignments, due dates, priorities, and progress tracking.
Care Share information: caregiver names, contact details, relationships, permissions, and shared care instructions (routines, bedtime schedules, emergency instructions).
Conversation data: messages and interactions with the Andi AI assistant and within family chat features.
Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers).
Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support or feedback.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, interaction patterns, session duration, and referring URLs.

3.1 Providing and Improving Our Services
Operating the Andi platform and delivering its core features, including AI-powered family coordination, memory, task management, calendar coordination, and Care Share functionality.
Personalizing your experience by building and maintaining your family's AI memory and profile, enabling Andi to provide proactive, context-aware assistance.
Processing and responding to your AI conversations and requests.
Sending notifications, reminders, and nudges related to your family's activities.
Improving, developing, and testing new features and functionality.
3.2 Business Operations
Maintaining the security and integrity of our Services.
Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.
Processing payments and managing subscriptions.

Within Your Family Group: Information you add to your family profile, calendar, tasks, and Care Share is shared with other members of your family group and authorized caregivers, in accordance with the permissions you configure.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers: If Andi is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
With Your Consent: We may share your information for purposes not described in this Privacy Notice with your prior consent.
By submitting Your Content to the Services, you grant Andi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Services for you and your family. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account, except as necessary for backup, legal compliance, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Notice.
5. AI and Automated Processing
Andi uses artificial intelligence to provide its core functionality. This includes analyzing your family's information to build a persistent memory, generate proactive suggestions, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and provide personalized AI conversations for both parents and children. Your family's data is used to train and improve the AI's understanding of your specific family — it is not used to train general-purpose AI models for other users. Children's interactions with Andi are processed with age-appropriate safeguards and content filtering.
6. Your Privacy Choices
You have the following choices regarding your personal information:
Account Settings: You can review and update your account information and family profiles at any time through the app settings.
Email Opt-Out: You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional message. Service-related emails are not subject to opt-out.
Push Notifications: You can manage push notification preferences through your device settings or within the app.
Care Share Permissions: You can configure, modify, or revoke caregiver access at any time through Care Share settings.
Cookie Preferences: You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
Data Access and Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@andi.ai. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. Your family's AI memory is retained to provide continuity and improve Andi's assistance over time. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. You may request deletion of specific memories or data points at any time through the app or by contacting us.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the country in which it was collected. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
10. Children's Privacy
Andi is designed to be used by families, including children. Children under 13 may only use Andi under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has created the family account. We collect children's information (such as name, age, school, allergies, and conversation data) only as provided by a parent or guardian, or through the child's use of the platform with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without proper consent, please contact us at privacy@andi.ai and we will promptly delete it.
11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. 13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Andi AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
